This seventeenth century restaurant of proprietor Francisca and Jim van der Hoff is well known for its fine Dutch cuisine under the direction of Chef Yves van der Hoff and for its rich culinary history.

Dinner can be served in one of the four intimate characteristic rooms of Rembrandt and Vermeer.

On the 24th and 25th of December "Christmas" a six-course dinner is served for € 150,- * per person including: 

- Top wines Wine Spectator

- Champagne 

- Mineral water 

- Coffee/tea

The arrival time will be between 18.30 and 19.45

 During the Holidays the restaurant will serve a sparkling dinner. Elegance, tradition and hospitality are the core traits of one of Amsterdam’s finest restaurants, de Silveren Spiegel (the Silver Mirror).

The restaurant dates from the Dutch Golden Age, the 17th century, and all of the building is kept in it's original state so you can experience the ambiance of this time period.

We begin with the aperitif at 19.30 / 20.00 hours, then we will start with the 5 courses Wine & Dine menu.

 At midnight, HAPPY NEWYEAR! Together with family, friends and the other guests, fireworks and Champagne.


On the 31th December "SIlvester" a five-course dinner is served for € 200,- * per person incl. drinks.
